Hello, I'm Carli
BA in Social Welfare
I am empathetic, resilient, and deeply committed to helping others
I’m Carli, a Raleigh native with a Bachelor of Arts in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin–Madison. As someone diagnosed with ASD at age two, I bring a personal and deeply empathetic perspective to my work—one rooted in lived experience, resilience, and a genuine desire to help others feel seen, supported, and empowered.
Over the past decade, I’ve developed a strong foundation in childcare, working with children and young adults across a range of ages and needs. This hands-on experience has shaped my strengths in communication, adaptability, and relationship-building—skills I carry into every family I work with.
I’m passionate about health and fitness, the creative arts, and self-advocacy, and I love finding meaningful ways to integrate these passions into the support I provide. Whether I’m cooking a meal, singing a favorite song, or simply being present with someone, I aim to bring warmth, patience, and positivity into every interaction.
