With over 15 years of experience in the field, I am a dedicated caregiver and clinical professional committed to improving the lives of youth and adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. My background includes extensive direct care work, clinical support, and leadership roles such as QIDP/Clinical Supervisor and Behavioral Therapist. I bring a strong understanding of the Innovations Waiver, Medicaid services, and regulatory requirements, ensuring that each individual I support receives the highest level of care.

 

Throughout my career, I have worked closely with behavior-prone clients and have successfully managed heavy caseloads while supervising multiple staff and consumers. I am skilled in coordinating and facilitating all aspects of interdisciplinary teams, maintaining open communication, and fostering collaborative partnerships with families, providers, and community supports.
