My name  is Kala Williams, and I bring over 8 years of hands-on experience supporting individuals with special needs. Working in this field isn't just a job for me—it’s a lifelong passion rooted in my upbringing. Both of my parents worked in special needs care, and throughout my life, we welcomed individuals with diverse abilities into our home. This experience shaped who I am today: deeply family-oriented, empathetic, and committed to making a positive impact.

As a proud mom to a vibrant 12-year-old son, I understand the importance of patience, flexibility, and creating meaningful connections. Whether it's assisting with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, shopping, or simply spending quality time together, I strive to provide care that feels like family.
