Direct Support Professional

I am compassionate, empowering and nurturing 

​I am a mom of 5, 2 of which are on the autism spectrum. I have an educational background in Psychology and Social Work which gives me a strong backdrop in human behavior and how that affects those individuals in society. I have work experience as a direct support professional (DSP) working with autistic individuals in a clinical setting where I not only helped them with all aspects of daily living but provided companionship and helper foster personal interests and hobbies. Being a mom to two autistic children has greatly impacted my ability to deliver compassionate care and a deep sense of understanding of other families with autistic children. Helping and supporting these families and their children has become my life's passion.
