Once your booking is confirmed, the caregiver will personally reach out to you by phone. This initial call is an important step in understanding your child’s unique personality, needs, and routines. It's also a chance for you to ask any questions and feel confident that your caregiver is fully prepared to offer thoughtful, compassionate support.
